These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Creator Link Studio (the "Platform"), including our website, apps and services. Creator Link Studio is referred to as "we," "us" or "our." By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at /privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Creators who publish or sell on the Platform also agree to the Creator Terms, which you accept when you become a creator. If the Creator Terms and these Terms conflict on a creator matter, the Creator Terms control.
1. Who can use Creator Link Studio
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Platform.
You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep it current, and confirm your email address before you can sign in. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@creatorlinkstudio.com if you think someone else has used it.
You may not create an account if we have previously closed yours for breaking these Terms, or if you are barred from using services like ours under applicable law.
2. Your account
Your account has a public username (your handle). You can change it in your account settings, no more than once every 30 days.
Anyone can sign up for free to follow creators, join memberships and buy content. Creator tools are available to accounts on a paid creator plan.
A creator may invite team members to help run their account. Team members act on the creator's behalf, and the creator is responsible for what they do.
3. Buying on Creator Link Studio
Fans pay creators in two ways:
- Memberships are recurring subscriptions to a creator, billed to your card at the price and interval shown when you join. A membership renews until you cancel it. You can cancel any time in your account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Credits are bought in advance and used for single purchases: pay-per-view posts, content bundles, paid messages, services and event tickets. Ten credits cost one U.S. dollar. Credits can only be spent on the Platform, have no cash value for fans, and cannot be transferred to another account.
You can turn on automatic top-ups, which buy more credits with your saved card when your balance falls below the amount you choose. You can turn this off at any time.
When you buy something, you get a personal, non-transferable right to view it on the Platform for as long as the creator keeps it available and your account is in good standing. You may not download, copy, share or resell content except where the Platform gives you a feature to do so.
Services and events are provided by the creator, not by us. Access details are shown to you after purchase. The creator is responsible for delivering what they sold.
4. Refunds
Purchases of credits and content are generally final, because digital content is delivered immediately. We may refund a purchase where content was not delivered, was materially different from its description, or where the law requires it. Refunds of credit purchases are returned as credits unless the law requires otherwise.
If you think a charge is wrong, contact us at support@creatorlinkstudio.com before disputing it with your bank. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your account while it is resolved.
5. Creator plans
Creator plans are monthly subscriptions. Current plans, prices and platform fees are shown on our pricing page at /pricing. Plans renew each month until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits for AI features. Unused plan allowances do not carry over. Additional AI credits can be bought separately.
We take a platform fee from each sale a creator makes. The fee depends on the creator's plan and is shown on the pricing page. Creators are paid their net earnings to their bank account after completing payout setup. Payout details, holds and reserves are covered in the Creator Terms.
We may change plan prices or fees with at least 30 days' notice. A change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice period.
6. Content rules
You are responsible for everything you post, upload, send or sell, including captions, messages and comments. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a license to host, store, display and distribute it as needed to run the Platform, as described in the Creator Terms for creators.
You may not post or send content that:
- involves anyone under 18 in any sexual or sexualized way, whether real, drawn or AI-generated;
- was made or shared without the consent of everyone shown in it;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- is illegal, threatens or promotes violence, harasses or targets a person, or promotes hatred;
- impersonates someone, or misleads buyers about what they will receive;
- contains malware or spam, or tries to get around the Platform's payment or security systems.
Adult content is allowed only when the creator labels it correctly and follows the Creator Terms. Adult content is shown only to people who have turned on adult content in their settings. Images are scanned automatically when they are uploaded, and content can be held, restricted or removed as a result.
7. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can report a post, profile or message, and you can block any user so they cannot see your content or contact you. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice.
Where content involves minors, non-consent or fraud, we act immediately and may report it to law enforcement.
Copyright owners can send infringement notices to support@creatorlinkstudio.com. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
8. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence, including caption writing, image generation, AI influencers and suggested inbox replies. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable, so review it before you publish or send it. You are responsible for AI output you choose to use, and you may not use AI features to create content these Terms prohibit, including likenesses of real people without their permission.
9. Connected accounts
If you connect social media or other accounts to publish from the Platform, you authorize us to post and read metrics on your behalf for the accounts you connect. You can disconnect them at any time. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
10. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We can suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use creates legal or financial risk for the Platform or other users.
When an account is closed, access to purchased content ends, and unused fan credits are forfeited unless the law requires otherwise. Creator balances are handled under the Creator Terms.
11. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY CREATORS OR OTHER USERS.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Creator Link Studio WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Creator Link Studio and its officers, employees and agents against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, seated in Orange County, Florida. You and Creator Link Studio waive the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@creatorlinkstudio.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the Platform or by email. If you keep using the Platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
