This Privacy Policy explains what information Creator Link Studio collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, apps and services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service at /terms.
1. Information you give us
- Account details: first and last name, email address, username and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
- Optional profile details: phone number, business name, website, profile photo, and for creators a display name, bio, location, cover image and links.
- Content you create: posts, photos, videos, captions, comments, messages, bundles, services, events and anything else you upload or send.
- Settings and preferences, such as notification choices, your adult content setting, your time zone and the users you block.
- Reports you send us and messages you send to support.
- For creators, verification details you submit and the information needed to set up payouts.
2. Information collected automatically
- Activity on the Platform: follows, likes, views, link clicks, purchases, memberships and credit transactions.
- Security information: IP address, sign-in attempts, two-factor authentication settings and the times you were last active.
- Device and usage information collected through cookies and analytics, such as pages visited, browser type and referring page.
3. Payment information
Card payments and creator payouts are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers or bank account numbers. We keep the records we need to run your account, such as customer and subscription identifiers, what you bought, amounts, dates, and your credit balance.
4. How we use information
- To run the Platform: create your account, show your page and content, process purchases and memberships, deliver what you buy, and pay creators.
- To keep the Platform safe: verify email addresses and creators, prevent fraud and abuse, scan uploaded images to detect adult and prohibited content, review reports, and enforce our Terms.
- To power features you use, such as AI captions, AI images, AI influencers, suggested inbox replies, scheduling, and publishing to accounts you connect.
- To send you messages you need, such as email verification, security alerts, receipts and account notices, and the notifications you choose in your settings.
- To understand and improve the Platform, including analytics about how pages and features are used.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. What other users can see
Your username, profile photo and public profile details are visible to others. Creators' public pages, free posts and links are visible to anyone. Posts limited to subscribers or sold as pay-per-view are shown only to people with access, and appear blurred to everyone else.
When you follow a creator, join a membership, buy something from them or message them, that creator can see your username and what you did, and can add tags and notes to their own list of fans.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the Platform:
- Service providers who work for us: payment processing, cloud hosting and file storage, email delivery, analytics, image moderation, AI features, and publishing to social networks you connect. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Services you connect: when you connect a social media or other account, we send it the content you choose to publish.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or Creator Link Studio, including reporting content that involves minors to the appropriate authorities.
- Business transfers: if Creator Link Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal.
7. AI features
When you use an AI feature, the text, images or prompts involved are sent to our AI providers to generate the result. Uploaded images are also sent to an automated moderation service when they are uploaded.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the Platform to work, such as the cookie that keeps you signed in and security tokens that protect forms. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in will not work without the necessary ones.
9. How long we keep information
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account in your settings, the account is closed and removed from the Platform, so your profile and content are no longer shown. To have your personal information erased as well, email support@creatorlinkstudio.com and we will delete it, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute purposes, such as transaction records. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
10. Your choices and rights
- Update your profile and settings, or delete your profile photo, at any time in your account settings.
- Choose which notifications you receive, and whether adult content is shown to you.
- Block users, and disconnect social accounts you connected.
- Close your account in your account settings, and email us if you also want your information erased.
- Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@creatorlinkstudio.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to certain processing. Contact us to use them. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
11. Security
We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, limits on sign-in attempts, and private storage for paid media with short-lived access links. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
12. Adults only
The Platform is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, contact us at support@creatorlinkstudio.com and we will close it.
13. International users
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Platform you understand your information will be handled there.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes, we will notify you on the Platform or by email before they take effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
